Solar 365 Terms & Conditions and the quotation are our contracts with you. Please read them carefully to understand this document.
Interpretation
The definitions in our Terms & Conditions rely on what we mean. Read the whole page for better clarification.
Solar 365 Contract Form
The form you filled and signed by you confirms that the installation has been done and our team has commissioned for their work:
- How does the solar system operate?
- How are solar systems maintained?
Solar 365 Company
“Our”, “we”, “us” or “company” refers to Solar 365, a company in Western Australia. If we mention, “you”, “your”, and “customer” refers to the person who is getting our quotation and accepts our contract form.
When we use “system”, it refers to the photovoltaic solar power system in the Quotation and Contract Form, which includes solar panels, wiring, inverter, switchboard, and electrical safety certification.
The “Agreement” between you and Solar 365 is mentioned in our Terms and Conditions.
System Installed by Solar 365
Solar 365 agrees to sell the solar system to you, deliver and install it at your doorstep as mentioned in the agreement.
You agree to buy the solar system from Solar 365 to get your solar panels delivered and installed at your home or any other place, which you mentioned in the agreement.
Solar 365 agreement with you is composed following accepted documents by both parties:
- Terms and Conditions
- Quotation and Contract Form
- Privacy Policy
Your agreement with Solar 365 begins when you sign our Quotation and Contract Form.
If you find any inconsistency between Quotation and Contract Form and Terms and Conditions will resolve the extent of that inconsistency.
If your system design is completely different from as quoted at any point of contract, you will get a full refund.
In case our product material is not available on the day of installation at your home, Solar 365 will arrange a greater or equal value of the product to deliver on time. However, you need to call or arrange an email in advance. A signature of yours will be required to confirm this.
Cost of Solar system and Payment
Solar 365 will mention the total amount payable and method of payment by you in the Quotation and Contract Form.
The solar amount should be paid in full before the delivery of the solar system installation. If you are paying using the electronic funds transfer methods, make sure to download or have a receipt of the transfer amount you do and submit it either at our office or give it to our installer.
Solar 365 reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue, which would be on a daily basis.
For the accounts overdue, Solar 365 has the right to recover the cost, which is left, including the legal fee from you.
Solar 365 reserves the right not to share any promotions run online when you agree with Solar 365.
Delivery and installation of the Solar system
Solar 365 will arrange for the system to deliver and install your solar system at your doorstep and at the address you mention. If you want to ensure that your system installation meets the Australian standard and guidelines, inform us prior that we only use CEC accredited licensed electricians or installers.
Solar 365 needs you to organize the installation date if you fail under these circumstances:
- Where there is a shortage of equipment and stocks
- If there is a shortage of install availability
- If the site is unsafe
- Where your premises are unanticipated for installation or may require additional equipment to install the system
- If you have not paid the amount mentioned in our contract, the system will not be installed or delivered. In this situation, you are liable to pay for the same.
- If there is a requirement to use the extra distance as per the property in the results and matters mentioned on the Quotation and Contract Form, additional charges are applicable to ensure the installation’s reliability.
- If the customer’s electricity meter will have to change or if required, and the cost of replacement is payable by you. Electricity tariff may change because of the installation of the solar PV system. You are requested to contact your electricity retailer for any questions regarding changes in the bill and tariffs. Solar 365 is not liable for any additional charges if the system is turned on before the re-configuration.
If Solar 365 is unable to deliver and install the system due to reasons mentioned above, you are not entitled to claim compensation or losses. If you are not present, Solar 365 reserves the right to reschedule the installation process based on their plan or schedule.
If you need professional to install your system safely, and avoid any breakage, theft or malfunction of products, it’s your responsibility to have a spare tile for replacement. Our professional installers will help you during installation.
You need to declare the safe nature of your roof and equipment before installing them. If they find any defect and cause or failure of the system, they may not be responsible for that.
