The Challenge

Installation Process

Installation Inquiry: Bob connected with the Solar 365 online platform. Bob was very stressed about his installation and what kind of system worked for his tenants.

Consultation: After receiving the inquiry from Bob, Solar 365 got to know his needs and some property details, like his residential address, roof type, house storey, and electricity phase. This information helped us to understand the customer's needs.
